KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complying with all company, local, and government accounting and financial regulations.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.
- Presenting financial data to Finance Manager by maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting external auditors to perform audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting in the payroll process, computing taxes, and keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Performing accounting duties as directed by the Finance Manager.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience as a Professional Accountant.
- ACCA Certification.
- A Master’s Degree could be an added advantage.
- Well-versed in various areas of Accounting.
- Strong demonstrable ability to work under pressure including deadlines and timelines while remaining in a Professional disposition.
- Ethical behavior with attention to detail.
- Should have worked in a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in the travel industry is also an added advantage.
- MS Office Proficiency
- Minimum Qualification: Degree in Accounting and/or ACCA
- Experience Level: Mid-level
- Experience Years: Minimum 5 years
