Day by Day Itinerary

DAY 1: ARRIVE ABIDJAN

You will be welcomed at the arrival hall by our experienced tour guide and transported to your hotel after clearing immigration procedures and bag reclaim. The things you do today will depend on when your flight arrives. Hotel: Ivotel

DAY 2: ABIDJAN – MAN (YACOUBA – DAN COUNTRIES)

After breakfast, travel to Man, the nation of Dan/'s capital and the town of 18 mounts. Stop for lunch in Issia. The Dan and Yacouba inhabitants of the village of Gbelpeu will welcome you in lovely traditional style as our first port of call. We keep going to check in at the hotel. Hotel: Hotel Cascade

DAY 3: MAN – BIANKOUMA – MAN

You will go to Biankouma today, a former Yacouba-Dan settlement. You can visit the village to witness the brightly painted homes, the homes of the initiated women, and the fetish priests in action. The village elder will give you the chance to speak with him. Head back to Man. Visit the Blole village after lunch so you can take part in a mask dance (Glah and Temate). DAY 4: MAN – KONDAYA OKRO – YAMOUSSOUKRO

After checking out and having breakfast, we drive to Kondaya Okro, the home of the Baule weavers. Have lunch in Yamoussoukro. Meet the village leader when you arrive, and then pay a visit to some Baule homes before going to the sacred forest. The Kpekple and Baule masks will be visible in the late afternoon. We spent the night at Yamoussoukro. Hotel: Residence Aho Meal(s) Included: Breakfast, Dinner

DAY 5: YAMOUSSOUKRO – BONGOUANOU

We checked out and leave Yamoussoukro for Morofoue Kingdom after a well-earned breakfast. After arriving in the afternoon, start a local tour. Play a traditional game and engage in folklore with the young people of the village in Akakuro. We/'ll go to Kangandi village in the evening. We will be welcomed with a ritual when we arrive at the king/'s court. Storytellers will thereafter provide entertainment well into the night. Hotel: Hotel Palladium Meal(s) Included: Breakfast, Dinner

DAY 6: BONGOUANOU – ABIDJAN – DEPART

Following breakfast, we travel back to Abidjan. On the way, we will stop in Songon Agban village and have a tour. In time for your next trip, you will be transported to the airport. Meal(s) Included: Breakfast
